The Sweet Spot Halloween

We are gearing up for our annual Halloween event this Friday, Nov 1st, from 6pm-9pm! So mark your calanders and pick out your scariest, funniest, or most original costumes to wear for the costume contest at 7:30! Some things to note about our event:
* Park across the street at Lifeline, please, as most of our parking lot houses the event.
* We do not have public restrooms. CVS or IGA are close by.
* Freebies like the cupcake, popcorn, and candy are for kids under 18 unless we just have tons extra, in which case we will offer you some. We will have a dairy free, gluten-free option inside that can be substituted for children with allergies!
* Costume contest is at 7:30 pm and anyone of any age is free to join. A $25 Sweet Spot gift card will be awarded for the scariest, funniest, and most original costumes.
* We do have tents, so the event will be held in rain or shine unless there are damaging winds or heavy downpours. In which case we will post and reschedule. So far, the weather is looking decent.
* The shop will be open with lots of spooky treats and themed drinks for sale. It is a small space, and everyone always wants to come in and see the decor, so we usually have a doorman that limits the number of people that can come in at a time. So there may be a small wait.
* There will be firespinning again by Isaac Martin at dusk. It’s much cooler at dark, so he will only spin in the later hours. Make sure you plan to come watch!
* There will be a few vendors set up selling crafts like handmade jewelry, crocheted items, etc. So do note that those booths are not free.
* Poppity popcorn will be handing out free small bags of popcorn for the kids, but they will also have products available for sale. So, make sure to shop around and support these amazing businesses that help us every year!
